If you need help you can either send us a trouble ticket, email
your account manager or go on live support:
To send a trouble
ticket:
Sign in to your 1stMarketingTraffic account.
Click on the ‘Support’ tab and in the box located
at the top left of the screen called ‘Account Support’
you can click on Submit new ticket.
Type your message and submit the ticket.
To send an email to your account manager:
Sign in to your 1stMarketingTraffic account.
Click on the ‘Support’ tab and in the box located
at the top right of the screen called ‘Account Manager’
and you can copy and paste the email into your email browser
to send them a message
To engage in a live chat with your account manager:
Sign in to your 1stMarketingTraffic account.
Click on the ‘Support’ tab and in the box located
at the top right of the screen called ‘Account Manager’
you can click on the Live Support Icon.
