that you are bidding with other advertisers over the frequency you
would like your ad to be displayed. The higher you bid, the higher
the placement or the frequency your ad will appear. To provide our
publishers with a guarantee rates we have established minimum rates
that advertisers need to pay. For cost per click (CPC) the minimum
bidding rate is $0.10 per click, cost per thousand impressions (CPM)
the minimum bidding rate is $0.50 per cpm and for cost per visitor
(CPV) the minimum biding rate is $0.004 per visit.
